Worn on special occasions – the item is slightly used but in excellent condition, with no holes, stains, or repairs
Gets a regular spot on weekends – the item appears slightly worn from general wear and could appear slightly faded or with a minor flaw in an unobvious place. It is still considered very wearable.
Gets worn a few times a week – the item appears worn and may have a combination of fading or displays a minor flaw
Worn everyday – the item appears well worn and has striking and visible flaws. The item is still considered wearable.
1 Consignment Procedure
When you send your items to Footurama, your items will have to pass our qualifications. Footurama has the right to determine and rate the conditions of item(s). Footurama reserves the right to reject any items that do not pass our qualifications. The consignee is required to sign the Consignment Contract.
2 Product Pricing
We accept price offered by the consignee, yet before taking any final decisions to price items, we will use recent sales of comparable items in order to produce the most accurate “market value” possible. We also consider the retail value of items; other factors that will influence the settled price are the item’s condition and rarity.
The consignee cannot alter the agreed price within 90 days of the contract duration.
3 Consignment Commission
Footurama will retain % commission excluding tax on the final Nett-selling price of all items.

4 Payment Procedure
Payments will be made via bank transfer after the verification of sales.
Consignees will receive a sales report that indicates the product status from us on every 1st day of the month.
Payment of the sold items will be sent between the 10th to 12th day of every month.
5 How can consignees send their items?
You can drop off your items at Footurama by appointment. Items will be selected within 3 days. After the filtering process, consignees will receive further notifications. Footurama has the right to reject items should the items not pass our buyer’s qualification. Rejected items must be picked up within7 days after the notification. If after 7 days of the pick up time the consignee still has not responded, Footurama will no longer be responsible for the items.
You can deliver your items toFooturama with the following conditions: prior to sending the items, the consignee is required to e-mail us the list of items. Once both parties have agreed on the selected items, then the consignee may send their items along with the signed hard copy of the Consignment Contract. We do not take any responsibility for damages or the impairment of items due to accidents in the delivery process. Footurama has the right to return items if the physical condition does not pass our qualification.
We can arrange a complimentary pick up service for customers in the Jakarta area only with the following conditions: prior to sending the items, the consignee is required to e-mail us the list of items. Once both parties have agreed on the selected items, our courier will pick up the items and bring in the Consignment Contract for you to sign. You may arrange the pick up at your preferred location, date, and time slot. Footurama has the right to return items if the physical condition does not pass our qualification.
6 What if my item does not sell?
If the items does not sell within 60 days, the items will be discounted for 15%.
If the item(s) remain unsold after 90 days, we have the right to return the items within 14 business days after the consignment term has ended or to offer consignees a renewal of the consignment agreement.
7 What if I want to take my item(s) before the Consignment Contract ended?
Items requested to be reclaimed before the end of the 90-day consignment period will incur a half of the consignment value per item for administrative and handling fees. Any return shipping charges is the responsibility of the consignee.
8 What if I want to discontinue the Consignment Contract?
If the consignee wishes to discontinue the contract before the 90-day consignment period, Footurama has the right to incur a 15% charge of the overall items. Consignees must inform Footurama in advance and complete the Return Request form.
9 How does the return procedure work?
The consignee must inform Footurama in advance as well as fill in a Return Request form when they wish to retrieve their items. Items must be collected within 3 days after the confirmation day. Please schedule an appointment beforehand.
If during the return period there is a transaction in the Online Store, Footurama has all the rights to cater to the customers’ transaction.
Consignees who wish to retrieve their items before the end of the contract must pick up their items within 3 days after the confirmation with Footurama. If items are not picked up within 7 days since the confirmation date, then Footurama has all the rights to sell and display those items.
10 What happens if I want to extend my Consignment Contract?
If after the first 90-days period have expired and consignee wish to extend one’s Consignment Contract, Footurama can offer a prolonged term of 3 months contract with a maximum of 1 year contract duration. With following condition: price of item(s) that was consigned earlier at Footurama must be reduced to by least 15% per 90 days.
11 For Consignees under the age of 18
For this service, consignees below the age of 18 are required to have parental or guardian consent, that is signed and printed before undertaking the contract.
12 Product Terms & Conditions
We are selective with the goods we house. With luxury items, we accept gently used items that have minimal signs of soiling, abrasions, stains, scratches, or tears. We understand that leather is supple and devoid of creasing, that natural tan leather has darkened due to contact with air and human skin although there are no signs of staining. Yet such factors may impact on the product pricing decisions.
Your items must be in a good condition and clean. Garments must be washed and are in a wearable condition.
We do not accept and sell items that are damaged or not suitable for use. If your items do not pass Footurama’s qualification, our buyers are able to reject your items on Footurama’s behalf, and rejected items will be returned to the consignee.
We will verify the authenticity of all the items we house. We will only sell articles with 100% guaranteed authenticity.
Items that include their original boxes, packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and/or manuals will provide a better authentication process and are fully encouraged.
What we accept:
We accept clothing, bags, suits, outerwear, shoes, and accessories including small leather goods, watches, hats, jewelry, and belts. For a list of brands we accept, please see our brand list.
We also accept art objects, home wares and furniture as well as vintage goods. Please consult our lists of such items.
What we don’t accept:
We do not accept fake items.
We do not accept any apparel items such as baby or children’s clothes, undergarments, swimwear, gym wears, traditional clothing, costumes, wedding dress or suits, handkerchiefs, or socks.
We do not accept items such as e-gadgets, appliances, curtains or beddings, perfume, cosmetics, food, living plants, and any kind of vehicle.
Apparel: We do not accept any items with brand tags that were removed intentionally, badly stained, has an unpleasant odor, and big holes or other damages caused by moth.
Shoes: We do not accept item(s) that has cracked soles, has an unpleasant odor, badly stained and pairs that come in different sizes.
Accessories: We do not accept item(s) that are broken and are not suitable for use, including watches that cannot be used due to drained battery life.
Goods/Objects: We do not accept item(s) that are awry, torn, badly stained, or has an unpleasant odor.
Any slight damages / imperfections must be described in the Consignment Contract.
Footurama is not legally responsible for any loss or damages caused by unforeseen catastrophes or acts of nature in any kind. However, Footurama is responsible for losses or damages caused by in-store human errors.
13 Changes to the Consignment Contract Terms and Conditions
Footurama reserves the right to make changes to the Consignment Contract for technical, legal, or regulatory reasons or any changes which do not substantially affect the consignees, in each case at any time. This may include the contract duration, conditions or commission rate.
